Semantix provides its employees and the external public with an official Ethics Channel for reporting occurrences or suspicions of violations of the guidelines established by Semantix in the Code of Ethics and Conduct or in its policies, rules, and internal procedures, and non-compliance with legislation. Any report will be treated in a anonymous and confidential manner, and any retaliation against the employee or third party who makes a communication/report is absolutely prohibited, in accordance with our Whistleblower and Non-Retaliation Policy. Remember that it is everyone’s duty to immediately report any violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, laws, or internal rules and guidelines.
