The Challenge
The client needed to design and implement projects to adjust the PEV/EAQ portal so that it accurately reflected the calculation methodology used by ABR/EAQ. Indicator values had to be aligned as closely as possible, along with additional necessary corrections.

EAQ stands for Quality Assurance Entity, and the Brasil Banda Larga website is an internet speed measurement tool created under Anatel’s recommendation.
Through this entity, telecom customers in Brazil can measure the quality of their connection using a reliable speed test. SCM4 and SCM9 are measurement requirements defined by the National Telecommunications Agency.
Hands-on execution
Within this context, the client aimed to align the calculation of SCM4 indicators with SCM9 based on EAQ’s methodology, and to present results according to the measurement system version.
In a second phase, the client requested the creation of a portal called IQR (Network Quality Indicator) to monitor the evolution of these indicators and use the insights to trigger corrective actions and support decision-making.
